From its roots on a Camden Market stall in London in the early 1990s, via two London shops to a warehouse-based online business, Metro Retro is often called upon to create and source unique, handmade pieces for private and commercial customers.

The eclectic mix of vintage along with decorative props for all manner of occasions can be seen featured on the website and social media pages through a range of projects.

A prop hire side of the business incorporates all of the sale stock in addition to items that are only available to hire.

The in-house range of furniture, benches, tables, wine racks, bar stools etc often mixes reclaimed materials with more hardwearing new materials and is handmade in East Anglia.

Situated on a picturesque farm in rural Essex, the furniture warehouse and workshop are open by appointment.
