Sworders Design Auction this January

Having had a sneaky peek at Sworders' Design auction which will be Live Online on Tuesday January 26 we are champing at the bit to start the bidding.

Highlights include an exceptional ‘Feux d’artifice’ marquetry commode and cabinet designed by the leading French designer Jules Leleu (1883-1961) which comes fresh to the market, a weaving by Peter Collingwood (1922-2008) and a prime period Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson oak dining table as well as six chairs with a provenance to a key patron.

While current regulations mean the auction has to be conducted behind closed doors, with online only viewing and bidding, Sworders' specialists are eager to answer any questions as well as provide detailed condition reports, photographs and videos.
