You stage, we consult

Selling a property? Our 2 to 3 month staging service is now in its sixth year where we create an aspirational setting with iconic midcentury furniture, antiques, art, textiles, stand out storytelling pieces and contemporary design and leave you with it for as long as it takes you to bag your best offer.

This month we add two additional services:

Choose between a visit with a socially distance walk around and 2 hour chat followed by a to do list and Pinterest board for £850 plus VAT.

Or send us your photos and floorplan via email and we will give you some top tips via email and follow up zoom call for £450 plus VAT.

If you then decide you would rather go the whole hog with a full 2 to 3 month staging we take the original charge off the new total. While our styling service has had fantastic feedback from developers and customers, our new services widen the remit helping people who would rather do it themselves make their property match-fit for sale with experience gained from six years working with developers and customers of The Modern House, their new site Inigo as well as Foxtons and Mr and Mrs Clarke.
